Just keep in mind those facts before starting placing an order
1. Shipping Method Selection - You have to choose "Local Delivery(Gainesville)" from the box below 'More Carriers'. We have some gift items that are shipped using UPS or FedEx. But for fresh flower delivery, you have to choose "Local Delivery" option during check out process.
2. Address - Billing information is about your information or sender's information. That is used to verify your payment information - credit card verification during checkout securely by bank. Shipping information is for recipient who is going to get the flower arrangment from you. So please do not put your information here. But if you did, don't worry and please send the recipient information by email (info@gainesvilleflower.com) or call us(352-372-9004). We also double-check for each order the accuracy of delivery information of the recipient.
3. Credit Card information - After you entered your credit card information, you will get notified by email. It doesn't mean it has already charged. The transaction only occurs when we process the payment after checking your order by our administrator. Also, even you get several emails, it doesn't mean you are charged several times. We send you email notification when the order is processed or delivered or any information changed.
4. Credit Card failure - If the information of account holder is not accurate, then it could fail for your secure transaction. In case, please contact us directly by email or phone. You can send your credit card information by fax or directly give it to us by phone. For International orders, it does happen because some of foreign credit cards don't work internationally or blocked for international trasaction. So if it happends, please let us know immediately. If it still doesn't work, you can try to order through www.gainesvilleflowers.net, in which we found that most of credit card transaction were successful.
5. If you have any special request, please use note section during checkout process or email us. We check our email (info@gainesvilleflower.com) every minute to respond to you immediately.
